According to that poll in the Times, Gordon Brown is also less popular than Ian Duncan Smith was at his worst in February of 2003. Ian reached 4 out of 10, whereas Gordon is now down to 3.9.
All other numbers are in sharp decline for Labour including on the economy.
Ouch, that has got to hurt!
