Apparently the EU has insisted that Lord Peter Mandelson did nothing wrong as far as his relationship with Oleg Deripaska is concerned.
The question is; Does this say more about Peter Mandelson, or the EU which has failed to have its accounts signed off for years?

Mandelson, for all his doushness, is a bloody genius. The conservatives need someone as ruthless as he is in the party.
Also the Tory's need to understand that politics is about slugging it out, playing dirty and if we think they can win the general cause of Labours F##k ups, well.
