It says:
We the undersigned consider the statement to allow members of Her Majesty's forces to sell their stories to the media to be a major government failure -and PR disater for the Royal Navy - and "heads should roll" at the highest level.I agree, I have signed.

Why would anyone sign this illiterate piece of rubbish? The writers can't even speak English, so we have no clear idea what they mean and the meaning could not be interpreted in a court of law. What you think they probably mean is not the point.
You have signed up for something that is so illiterate it could be interpreted, in a court of law, almost any way:
"We the undersigned consider the statement to allow members of Her Majesty's forces to sell their stories to the media to be a major government failure -and PR disater for the Royal Navy - and "heads should roll" at the highest level.I agree, I have signed."
What "statement"? I want to see this statement.
Of course, "heads should roll" but it won't happen because blair has appointed himself commander-in-chief of destroying Britain. You have no control. Don't be ridiculous. Tony and Cherie, like Ceaucescu and Elena, are the boss. How pathetic that you try to pretend you have ascendancy over Tony and Cher.
Don't be so daft and needy. Your petition is illiterate rubbish.
Well, Verity, I did not write the petition, and no matter how much notice Tony takes notice of it, it is at least a place where protest can be lodged.

This opinion piece in the Qatar Gulf Times says it best I think.
