It seems that ambulances are being used as holding areas for patients waiting to get into accident and emergency in some parts of Wales.
In the latest incident, 11 ambulances had to queue outside the University Hospital of Wales, Cardiff, Wales largest hospital, with one having to wait for over an hour. The reason? lack of beds.
Labour have cut the number of beds in the NHS by over 10,000 since 1997. Where has all the money gone?
The BBC has this.
There are elections for the Welsh Assembly in May. I doubt stories like this help Labour's cause much. What with trouble in Scotland as well, it looks like it is going to be a very black Thursday for Labour.
