Well, I have to say I am pleased in some ways, because whether you like or loath tony Blair, the one thing you have to admit is that he was a vote winner. I don't think Gordon Brown is. So our biggest mountain in terms of winning votes appears to be leaving the stage.
I will wait until he has actually gone to give my full view of Tony Blair.

When he actually leaves ,do you think he will go and work as a used car salesman ,because he sold this once great country down the drain.
Anonymous, I suspect he will do the lecture circuit thing to pay for his mortgage which is huge!
Yes - he'll rake in his millions and then abscond to what's left of the Lords ...
Elliot, yes I suspect he will. That said I also suspect he will be too busy on the US lecture ciruit to spend taht much time in the Lords.
